Pricing questions
Which plan should I start with?
Start with Growth ($8.99 / month) if your buyers mostly need a fast reorder experience — Quick Order Form, wholesale pricing, MOQ, and product / collection order limits. Move to Advanced ($29 / month) if you need Quote Form (Request a Quote), Store Lock / hide pricing, wholesale discount codes, vendor / variant order limits, or Payment + Shipping Rules. Both plans have a 7-day free trial — you can try either without a card at install.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. Growth is $80 / year (save 26% vs monthly). Advanced is $290 / year (save 17% vs monthly). You can pick monthly or annual at install and switch later — Shopify handles proration.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 7 days on both Growth and Advanced. No card required at install; Shopify charges you at the end of the trial unless you uninstall.
What if I install on a development or partner store?
All BTB features are unlocked on dev stores at no cost. Partners and freelancers can use BTB to build out wholesale storefronts before launch.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Shopify handles the proration.
Will my data be safe if I uninstall?
BTB stores configuration in Shopify metafields and on our backend. If you uninstall, configuration in Shopify metafields stays with your store. Our backend data is wiped within 48 hours per Shopify's GDPR requirements.
How is this different from Shopify's native B2B (now on every plan)?
Shopify rolled native B2B to all plans in April 2026 — including company profiles, up to 3 catalogs, quantity rules, volume discounts, and net payment terms. BTB still earns its place two ways: (1) deeper rules — customer-tag targeting without Company accounts, MOQ enforcement across every storefront page. (2) Workflows Shopify B2B doesn't ship: Quote Form, Quick Order Form, Store Lock, cart-level order limits, wholesale discount codes. Use BTB instead of Shopify B2B or layer it on top — both work.
